Muffaletta (moof-fuh-leht-tuh)

A specialty of New Orleans Tomato focaccia bread stuffed with layers of sliced provolone, Genoa salami, peperoni and smoked ham topped with garlic olive salad, the olive salad is the feature that sets the Muffuletta apart from all other sandwiches.  

Pirogue (pee-row)

We start with all natural turkey breast, rub it with our own Bayou blend of seasonings. We slow roast it on site, then we slice it and pile it high with smoked gouda cheese and our own toasted pinenut basil parmesan spread on tomato focaccia bread.
